Information Collect and Use

Our primary goals in collecting information are to provide and improve our Site, services, features and content, to administer your account and to enable users to enjoy and easily navigate the Site.

Personally Identifiable Information

• In the course of using the Site, we will ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you and administer your account ("Personal Information"). • We also collect the other information that you provide as part of registration and the administration and personalization of your profile webpage (e.g., without limitation, zip code (on its own) ("Non-Identifying Information").
• We use your Personal Information (in some cases, in conjunction with your Non-Identifying Information) mainly to provide services, complete your transactions, and administer your inquiries.
• We may combine your Personal Information with Non-Identifying Information and aggregate it with information collected from other OneSeason users to attempt to provide you with a better experience, to improve the quality of the Site and our services and to analyze and understand how our Site and services are used. Log Data

Forums

If you use a bulletin board, blog, or chat room on this Site you should be aware that any Personal Information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the Personal Information you choose to submit in these forums.

Tell-A-Friend

If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our Site, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the Site. E-Global Sports Network stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.

Your friend may contact us at support@oneseason.com to request that we remove this information from our database.

Our Policy Toward Children

E-Global Sports Network does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with Personal Information without their consent, he or she should contact us at support@oneseason.com. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our files.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Other than as described in this section, E-Global Sports Network does not rent or share information about you with third parties.

OneSeason Members. In addition to your username, any comments or submissions that you post to the Site will be publicly available. Other information in your profile may also be publicly available depending on the privacy settings you choose to set in your OneSeason account. For example, via the "Fan Connect" feature of our service, OneSeason members can connect with each other by searching for existing friends and forming new relationships with other OneSeason members based on the profile information a OneSeason member chooses to make publicly available. Any information you choose to provide in a comment, submission or in your profile should reflect how much you want other users to know about you. We recommend that you guard your anonymity and sensitive information and we encourage OneSeason members to think carefully about what information about themselves they disclose in their comments or submissions.

Aggregate Information and Non-Identifying Information. We may share aggregated information that includes non-identifying information and Log Data with third parties for industry analysis, demographic profiling, and to deliver targeted advertising about other products and services.

Service Providers. We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate the Site and the services available therein, to provide the services on our behalf and to perform services related to administration of the Site ("Service Providers"). The types of Service Providers we use include, without limitation, services providers that provide the following types of services: credit card payment processing, accounting, customer relationship management, website maintenance, hosting, database management, web analytics and administration. Changing or Deleting Your Information

All OneSeason members may review, update, correct or delete the Personal Information in their registration profile by logging into their account and changing the "user preferences" associated with their account. If you completely delete all such information, your account may be deactivated. We may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Security

E-Global Sports Network is concerned with safeguarding your information. We employ a variety of industry-standard administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect the Personal Information you submit to us from unauthorized access. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the Sportfolio Watch Site and no personal information is collected from visitors of the Sportfolio Watch Site.
